The provinces/counties/communes (województwa/powiaty/gminy) lists should be updated from time to time.

Polish Central Statistical Office (Główny Urząd Statystyczny) has published the XML file with all necessary data needed to generate pl_regions.py: TERC.xml.

terc.py exctracts interesting data:

$ python terc.py <TERC.xml >pl_regions.py
